1. About the event

Budapest Bitcoin is a two-day Bitcoin conference held in Budapest, Hungary on 8–9 August 2027. By registering for a pass, submitting a partner enquiry or subscribing to our newsletter you accept these terms.

2. Passes and registration

Passes are personal and non-transferable. Your registration is confirmed by email; the pass price is fixed at the moment of confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration in case of fraudulent activity, resale of passes or behaviour that endangers other attendees.

3. Refunds

Passes may be refunded up to 30 days before the event. After that date the pass can be transferred to another attendee with our written confirmation. If the event is postponed, your pass remains valid for the new date.

4. Data we collect

When you register we collect your name, email address, optional Telegram/phone contact, country and the pass type you selected. Newsletter subscriptions collect your email address. We also use analytics and advertising tools (including the Meta Pixel) that process technical data such as your device, browser and interaction with this website.

5. How we use your data

Your data is used to confirm and deliver your pass, to answer your requests, to send event updates you subscribed to, and to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. You can disable advertising cookies in your browser settings; the registration form continues to work without them.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link in every email.
